Euro-Solutions has been trading recyclable plastics since 1999. We buy and sell plastic waste, baled material, regrind and regranulate – in Hungary, across the European Union and beyond.
We connect those who generate plastic waste with those looking for high-quality secondary raw material. That way, valuable material goes back into production instead of landfill or incineration – which is what the circular economy is all about.
We offer a complete service, from consulting and export-import administration to transport organisation, backed by the experience and market knowledge of our long-standing Western European partnerships.

We offer solutions to all our customers at a European standard, with European quality, on European ground.
A large part of Euro-Solutions’ revenue has always come from exports – especially in 2021, when both revenue and the share of exports grew.
We only work with verified partners, on both the supplier and the customer side. All payments are handled exclusively by bank transfer.
Our suppliers are mostly Hungarian companies working in plastic recycling – multinational companies and small businesses alike. We have always aimed for long-term cooperation, so many of these relationships go back several years. As the market keeps changing, new supplier relationships are formed all the time.
We are a trading partner of MOHU MOL Hulladékgazdálkodási Zrt.Our largest sales partner is a German recycling company; we sell most of our exports to or through them across Europe. A relationship of more than two decades gives both professional and financial stability. We also have partners in Poland and Italy. We always aim to serve our customers at the highest quality, which is why our relationships are good and long-lasting.
Plastic recycling has become a key issue of our time, and demand for recyclable plastics keeps growing. Building on this demand, our company continues to grow.
Their arrival opened a new opportunity for us: we were the first in Hungary to work with them. Besides the raw material, we also distribute products made from bioplastics.
Encourages individuals and businesses to cut down on the waste they produce. By using fewer resources and making more conscious choices – buying only what is necessary, choosing products with minimal packaging – we can lessen our environmental impact.

Plastic recycling plays a crucial role in protecting our environment by reducing waste and pollution while conserving valuable natural resources. Reprocessing used plastics not only reduces the burden on landfills and oceans but also the demand for new materials – with significant energy savings and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
03EU
The recycling rate of plastic packaging waste in the European Union is rising slowly but steadily, and the new EU Packaging Regulation has imposed stricter rules since August 2026. The key facts:
In 2023 the EU recycled 42.1% of its plastic packaging waste (38.2% in 2013). Each inhabitant generated 35.3 kg of plastic packaging waste.
By 2029, 90% of single-use plastic beverage bottles and metal beverage cans must be collected separately – which requires deposit return schemes.
By the end of 2030, at least 55% of plastic packaging waste must be recycled.
In 2023, national recycling rates ranged from 23% to 59.5% – collection systems, processing capacity and regulation all make a big difference.
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 has applied since 12 August 2026. From 2030 all packaging must be recyclable (grade A, B or C), and from 2038 grade C packaging can no longer be placed on the market.
From 2030, plastic packaging must contain 10–35% recycled plastic depending on the type, rising to 25–65% from 2040. This creates lasting demand for high-quality regranulate.
